I rented from them back in 2019-2020, I had zero issues at all. They were always willing to help me- when I had a plumbing issue on a Friday night, they had someone there by 10 pm. When my HVAC went out over a weekend in the Summer (if you know Columbia, you know), they sent someone within an hour or so. I received my entire security deposit back besides the amount used for carpet cleaning but that is very standard, I was always really impressed with their communication. I do not need to rent from them anymore as I’m married & live in Lexington now, but if I ever do- I would call them again!
