We are accepting reservations for Summer and Fall 2012.
Don't get stuck in huge, overpriced apartment complexes with no peace and quiet, no privacy and no personality. Ask around campus, Hubbard Bowers has the BEST homes, small apartments and condos available... but they go FAST!
When it's time to rent your perfect off campus home, you will need to:
- Pay $35 per person, non-refundable to process your application;
- Pay full deposit. The deposit is the same as one month's rent. Deposits can be paid directly from your bank, by cashier's check or money order. Sorry, no personal checks.
- Submit our "Guarantor Form" completed and notarized by your parents or guardian;
